Birth & Baby Expo 2025
With over 500 total participants coming through the doors this year, we are looking to add even more diverse vendors, schools, and providers to help you find your community. There will be 6 classes offered over the course of the 4 hours; schedule to be provided. We will have food, door prizes, amazing swag bags to the first 200 participants, and mama relaxation stations. We will also have fun activities for the kids including bounce houses and pictures with pilots!
Infant Massage - Nourish Feeding Therapy
Infant Massage (first Thursday of every month)
0-5 months
We teach parents therapeutic touch and movement for its profound impact on infant feeding, maternal milk supply, mental health, bonding, and more. Our playgroups are a fun way for parents to get out with their newborns and connect with other families, while learning techniques to ease colic, reflux, support oral motor skills, and optimize weight gain.

Play with Purpose: A Tongue Tie Play Group (last Thursday of every month)

This group is all about optimizing feeding and movement for overall development in infants with a history of tethered oral tissues. We love nothing more than to support families in all things feeding, breathing, and oral development when it comes to navigating ties. Whether you had them released, chose not to, or just suspect ties--come and play.
Starting Solids Playgroup - Nourish Feeding Therapy
Starting Solids (second Thursday of every month)
5-12 months
Meet other parents in this same season of life while learning all things feeding. We'll touch on everything from expert recommended gear, nutrition, allergens, how to implement BLW, texture progression, safety, when to seek help, and more.
Kettlebell Mama - Iron Mobility
The Iron Mobility Group Class empowers you to learn more about your body and its potential. This is so much more than just a stretching class, each week you will learn how to:
increase your range of motion effectively
recruit more muscular engagement
create adaptations for long term progress
mitigate injuries
breathe diaphragmatically
and integrate joint actions into functional movement patterns

Nourish Feeding Therapy offers support through all stages of baby feeding and hosts support groups for breastfeeding, starting baby on solids and tongue tie struggles.

Peninsula Birth & Baby Expo
The peninsula’s ONLY expo dedicated to birth, babies, and beyond! Join dozens of vendors, amazing swag bas, food, and community on October 5th from 10-2p at the Bremerton Fairgrounds. This event is only held once a year as to gather as many resources for you as possible at one time!
