01 — Before you are pregnant

02 — If you are looking for a support system through this transition

This is a HUGE transition in life! You are adding a whole additional being into the world, your world, your house, your daily routine. It’s great to have help and a sounding board for thoughts during this time.

03 — If you are feeling feels

It is always a good time to have a good mental health partner! Sometimes after birth we can feel feelings that we did not know we were going to feel. If we cannot get out of those feelings and they are on a loop if can feel a great many things. Enter the help!

Kendra Foisie Rice is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in the perinatal period. Kendra is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and supports mothers and couples transitioning to parenthood. Kendra offers individual and couples therapy sessions as well as Bringing Baby Home workshops to help couples prepare their relationship for baby by creating the strongest foundation possible.

Dr. Julie Franks is a licensed clinical social work therapist, an expert in women's mental health, and a social work educator. She offers individual therapy and support groups for women who are on a fertility journey, experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, and in the early years of motherhood. Helping women protect their mental health while caring for and creating their families.

    Hi! My name is Kelli Lyles, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Upper Iowa University and a Master of Arts in Gerontology with two core concentrations in Aging and the Family and Geriatric Care Management from Nova Southeastern University.  

    I am a Certified Counselor with Washington State. I have certifications in Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation, am certified with the International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) as Childbirth Educator, as well as a Postnatal Educator.  I am also a certified Death Midwife,  certified ARCH healer, and ordained officiant. My past work history includes practicing as a Birth Doula for 20 years, running training workshops for both Birth Doulas and Childbirth Educators as a certified trainer with ICEA, as well as many years of working in the accounting field in my life before children.
